Rutland has worked in Estates Agency for over 20 years since leaving school. Rutland has worked in the Tower Hamlets area for over 18 of those years giving unrivalled knowledge of the local property market. Rutland, although involved in all aspects of Elms Estates spends most of his time working on all aspects of residential lettings from making sure accounts are settled and up to date to overseeing maintenance works to ensure they are completed satisfactorily.

Brandon is a Sales and Lettings negotiator at Elms Estates and is extremely pro-active without being pushy. For a relatively young man Brandon has already gained a wealth of experience having worked in Estate Agency for over 4 years. Brandon is a well-mannered gentleman who works quietly and efficiently to achieve his goals. Having grown up and been schooled in Bethnal Green, Brandon has seen the transformation of the borough first hand and knows the area well. He is always happy to share this knowledge with our clients new to the area.

Adam Newley,
Adam is a hugely knowledgeable and experienced property manager with over 11 years industry experience behind him. Adam thoroughly enjoys keeping up to date with current legislation and ensures that everyone at Elms is issuing the correct notices and certificates at the correct times. He really is a stickler for the details, but with the constant changes to the Residential Letting Legislation these details really matter if possession of your property is required.

Jade   Hall,
Jade, joined the Elms family in 2013 but in this short period of time has become an invaluable asset to the company. Jade works alongside Rutland dealing with all aspects of property management, from arranging works, to reference checking tenants, preparing tenancies and re-negotiating renewals. Jade is super-efficient and expects this efficiency in return whether dealing with a local authority, contractor or difficult tenant. Jade has a delightful manner and the ability to solve problems to everyone’s satisfaction.

Villy Georgieva,
Villy is a property manager at Elms Estates working alongside Rutland and Jade in handling all maintenance issue and the renewal of Tenancies. Villy has been working in property management for the last four years and is a huge asset to Elms Estates, not least the fact that she speaks five languages! Although Villy enjoys her job immensely her try passion is fine art and you will often find her in one of the many galleries London has to offer.
